Q. Are you insured?
Yes, all of our team are covered by our insurance for all aspects of our cleaning services
Q. Are your cleaning chemicals eco-friendly?
In most cases, we like to use eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning solutions. However, in some instances, we have to use stronger chemicals to remove extremely stubborn grease!
Q. How do I book an appointment?
Please fill in our contact form and let us know the service you require. We will reply as soon as possible to arrange your booking. Alternatively, give us a call and we can get your booking arranged right away!
Q. Will my carpet shrink?
Some carpets may be vulnerable to shrinkage. But don’t fear, we are highly trained and experienced. We always test the carpets first. With the information we get from testing them we can take measures to prevent shrinkage.
Q. Will I have to clear all the furniture out of the room?
No. However, it is advised that you personally remove any delicate or fragile items. Nonetheless, we take extra care and show complete respect for your home. Once complete, we will put everything back to how we originally found it
Do you clean ‘self-cleaning’ ovens?
Yes, our team are trained to clean all types of ovens.
Should I be at home for the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be at home for us to clean. Give us a call to discuss this in more detail and we can arrange the collection of a key.
